Every year after kidding season has completed, we open up the farm to visiters by appointment to play with the baby goats. We call this activity “Goat Socialization”. This activity helps our babies, that are being raised by their mothers, the opportunity to get used to humans besides. Without this exposure, their natural instict is to run away from strangers. By having you here to hold and cuddle the newborns, it gives them the extra experience to become more well rounded goats. You get the joy of watching the babies jump around and onto of everything they see with their inqusitive nature. You will get to hold, cuddle, and photograph their antics. If we have bottle babies, you will have the opportunty to help bottle feed them. There is no set time for the feedings due to their ever changing requirements as they grow.

Goat socialization is by appointment only and is thirty minutes long on the hour each hour.

Appointments are available only on Saturday 9am-2pm and Sundays 10am-1pm. From March 30th till May 26th.
